I AM PISSED OFF WITH GLOBE TELECOM!!

I am so pissed off with the service that I get from GLOBE TELECOM. I have been complaining them about the unauthorized charges on my mobile account (Premium tones, true tones) which I did not purchased. Why the hell will I purchase something like that if I'm using a very old model of nokia handset?! Specifically, 6610. The model itself does not support true tones and mp3 tones. It only supports polyphonic. I called several times to complain about it but I feel that I am not a valued subscriber of GLOBE TELECOM.

They charged me every month of Php 1000.00 and above whereas I really swear that I did not received any text regarding those damn true tones!!! It is very frustrating that I call every month to follow up on the reversal of these charges. I call every month to complain. I call every month to check on the charges. I even sacrificed to change my mobile number from +63917574....9 to +63917856....9. I reiterated several times to those call center agents that I spoke with that my phone cannot accomodate such formats of songs and whatever that tones maybe!!! I am so not happy with the services of GLOBE TELECOM anymore!! Even if i'm a subscriber for almost 4 or 5 years now, I should have been receiving the best customer care and services from the company. It is an unhealthy relationship with the big company and one of its clients. I've been paying my bills on time. I've been a good client with them. But this is really giving me inconvinience. I am not going to pay for those transactions. Although I can but I won't! One of the representative said to me that they won't be reversing the 1102.66 unauthorize charge on my December billing statement. The reason is because I've already paid for it! That's bull shit! I'm going to pay how much was indicated in the bill. The reason was one of the agents did not informed my of that transaction! It really pissed me off! since I've paid for it it won't be reversed? it's clearly an unauthorize charge!!! Why will I keep calling 211 to check the account and the number if I did that transaction?!! That's not a very goog excuse of not reversing that charge!! That's bull shit!!


I thought GLOBE TELECOM has the best services, products and customer experience. But I was wrong. They have the slowest investigating team. They have the worst customer experience ever!
